70 Hudson Street

Green Villain was hired by Spear Street Capital, a San Francisco based RE Investment firm, to create a visual component for Cushman & Wakefield's show floor at 70 Hudson St. Green Villain worked closely with artist Glossblack and Charles Boyce to create a multi-faceted mural installation which helped sell prospective tenants on why Jersey City is a viable alternative to New York's Financial District.

The first section was a transportation infographic which explained the travel times and methods from Exchange Place to New York City. The second was an dramatic 70 Hudson type treatment rooted in their branded archways that spanned 100' across the main wall. Lastly we created a community collage which showcased local restaurants, businesses, entertainment, Jersey City's historic buildings and presented the overall livability of the city.
